Hundreds of refugees find their way to Ottawa each year, having been forced to leave their countries of origin. Here at Shiloh Pelvic Physio we offer pelvic physiotherapy services to refugees under the Interim Federal Health Program.
How does it work?
Shiloh Pelvic Physio provides physiotherapy through the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) which provides limited, temporary physiotherapy to resettled refugees, refugee claimants and certain other groups.
You need a referral from a physician. Or your referral can be faxed to: 1 (844) 444-0037
Once you come with a referral, we will take the steps to obtain authorization. This may take a few weeks but we will let you know when you are approved. We will take care of submitting the paperwork. ​
