Pelvic Floor Pilates
Come and join me on the mat as we focus on building pelvic floor awareness, breathing, flexibility, pelvic floor relaxation and gentle activation of the core and pelvic floor in a safe, female only space. After doing an initial assessment with Diana you will be added to a small group to continue to grow your skills. This will be held at Pure Havana dance studio. This can be expensed under your physiotherapy benefits.
